A FEW WORDS ABOUT SHIRT AVAILABILITY & OUR ORDERING SYSTEM

Since we print our designs on 100% cotton recycled tees, shirts available for shipping on the day you order may or may not match the image and/or t-shirt colors pictured on our website. That is why we are unable to offer a fully automated ordering system. Have a look at our product pages and make a note of the product numbers that interest you. Give us a call at (505) 508-5202 and our sales associate on duty will tell you immediately what colors are available in your size for same-day shipping via priority mail. If you click on the “Store Webcam” link, our associate will be happy to show you an assortment of garments that might be of interest to you. If none of the available options, appeal to you, for an additional $10, we will custom print the Guerrilla Graphix design of your choice on one of our blank (unprinted) recycled shirts in your choice of shirt and ink color(s). Or you can send us your own shirt, jacket, apron, pillow case or whatever, and we will print any Guerrilla Graphix image in your choice of ink color(s) for $20 plus return shipping. Make sure you send your garment “return receipt requested” to verify that we have received it. (Please note that in the highly unlikely event we lose or damage your garment, our liability is limited to $25 .) If you prefer not to incur special order fees, we suggest you call the store in a couple of weeks to get an availability update. We accept all major credit cards and our sales associates are standing by to help you. We have VoIP phone service, so if you’re calling from a land-line and do not have an unlimited long distance package, just ask our associate to call you back on our dime! Please note that our minimum order is $10 (not including shipping charges).

SHIPPING

Unlike many Internet-based vendors, Guerrilla Graphix does not try to “make an extra buck” on shipping. We ship all shirt orders via US Postal Service Priority Mail so you get your product in just two or three days. For one or two shirts, we normally charge just $5.00 in postage & handling fees. For three shirts or more, we use a Flat Rate Priority Mail Box and the charge is just $10 for up to six shirts. For larger orders, please ask our sales person for a shipping cost quote.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Subject to style and size availability, orders placed by 3 PM are shipped via USPS priority mail on the same day. Sunday orders are shipped Monday (or the next day that post office is open). Typically, you should receive your package in two to three business days, however, depending on your location and holiday shipping volume levels, it may take as long as one week to receive your order.
