DIGITIZING & setup pricing

What is digitizing?

While many companies are trying to create one-click programs for digitizing, no amount of automation can replace the knowledge and skills of a seasoned digitizer. Once we receive your artwork, we re-draw it in our digitizing program. This gives us the option to set up the sequence, thread colors, stitch direction, textures and other important information. Once all of this is done, we then run the design on our embroidery machine as a tester. The digitizer then takes notes of any discrepancies and revisits the file, making changes to it in order to make sure that your artwork is embroidered correctly. After all of the testers are done and there are no additional changes to be made, the artwork is ready to be put on your garments.

Our pricing is based on stitch count which is largely influenced by the size and complexity of your artwork. Send your design to sales@guerrillagraphix.com for an accurate quote!

Remember that you can mix and match apparel styles and colors without a surcharge, provided the design and ink colors remain consistent on all garments. In most cases, we're happy to print on customer-supplied apparel. However, all garments supplied
by the customer must be inspected before printing to ensure that the product is suitable for screen printing. If you are providing your garments, ask about our liability limit on your apparel items. If you want us to furnish your apparel items,
visit our ONLINE GARMENT CATALOG, which offers thousands of screen print-friendly products in various styles,

OUR IN-HOUSE EMBROIDERY THREAD

All of our threads are Rapos brand made from polyester in a variety of colors. Due to inconsistencies in screen calibration, please stop by our store to see the accurate colors in our catalog. 

 Not finding a color that goes with your design? Request a custom thread color for an additional $15

If you feel your artwork is "ready to rock," please submit your files for review directly to our design team via email.  To ensure the best printing results, send your artwork files in Vector format (Ai . Svg . Eps .Pdf.) or Pixel format (Jpg . Psd . Png . Tiff )—ideally, pixel-based artwork should be created using a 300 dpi digital canvas at the actual desired print size.
