DIGITIZING & setup pricing

What is digitizing?

While many companies aim to develop one-click solutions for digitizing, no amount of automation can replace the expertise of an experienced digitizer. After receiving your artwork, we redraw it using our digitizing software. This allows us to set up the sequence, thread colors, stitch direction, textures, and other critical details. Once everything is configured, we run the design on our embroidery machine as a test. The digitizer then identifies any issues and revisits the file to make necessary adjustments, ensuring your artwork is embroidered accurately. Once all testing is complete and no further changes are needed, the artwork is ready to be applied to your garments.

Stitch count determines Embroidery pricing. The size and complexity of your artwork will affect the Stitch count. Please send your design to sales@guerrillagraphix.com for an accurate quote.

You can make color changes at no additional fee.

Remember that you can mix and match apparel styles and colors at no extra charge, as long as the design and ink colors stay consistent on all garments. In most cases, we're happy to print on customer-supplied apparel. However, all garments provided by the customer must be inspected by a team member before embroidery to ensure they are suitable for stitching. If you're supplying your garments, please inquire about our liability limits for the items you're providing. If you'd like us to supply your apparel,

OUR IN-HOUSE EMBROIDERY THREAD

All of our threads are Rapos brand made from polyester in a variety of colors. Due to inconsistencies in screen calibration, please stop by our store to see the accurate colors in our catalog. 

 Not finding a color that goes with your design? Request a custom thread color for an additional $15

If you feel your artwork is "ready to rock," please submit your files for review directly to our design team via email.  To ensure the best printing results, send your artwork files in Vector format (Ai . Svg . Eps .Pdf.) or Pixel format (Jpg . Psd . Png . Tiff )—ideally, pixel-based artwork should be created using a 300 dpi digital canvas at the actual desired print size.
